If you have at least 10 PC-sized items, we’ll collect your equipment free of charge.
Before handing over your hardware, make sure to back up any files you want to keep. Once your equipment is collected, we securely wipe or destroy all data-bearing devices as part of our service.
If your device is linked to:
An Apple ID (MacBook, iMac, iPhone, iPad)
A Mobile Device Management (MDM) system
Please deactivate these before disposal. We cannot process devices that are locked or enrolled in MDM platforms.
We:
Collect your items using our own vehicles
Securely destroy all data-bearing devices
Provide a Data Destruction Certificate
Recycle all remaining hardware in line with WEEE regulations
Issue a Waste Transfer Note and, if required, a Hazardous Waste Consignment Note

Keep disposal records for 3 years
Ensure data destruction is GDPR-compliant
