Organising a collection is simple, just let us know roughly what you have that you need securely recycling.

We’ll then confirm if the service is free, whether there will be a small charge or whether we’ll be able to purchase the equipment from you.

Secure Collection

We’ll collect your equipment on the chosen date and time using our own security oriented logistics team.

Our team members are thoroughly trained and security vetted to BS7858 and complete the whole collection in full compliance with our strict security procedures.

Our vehicles are GPS tracked, have security slam locks with all equipment being transported straight back to our processing facility on the same day.

Onsite Data Destruction

If you require your sensitive data to be destroyed before it leaves your site we’re able to offer secure onsite data destruction via either NCSC approved data erasure, shredding or crushing.

If required we can provide a full inventory of everything that has been securely destroyed onsite.

Processing

Your equipment will arrive at our processing facility on the same day of the collection. It will be segregated between reusable and non-reusable. In accordance with the waste hierarchy, anything that can be reused will be securely data sanitised, tested and refurbished.

We’ll also aim to repair and salvage components from faulty devices.

Shredding & Recycling

The equipment that is obsolete or faulty will be broken down for materials recycling with all data bearing components being shredded.
All materials are recycled in full compliance with zero waste to landfill.
We guarantee data destruction for every single item that we process.

Reporting

We’ll provide you with all reporting documentation within 7 working days unless otherwise specified.
Reporting is customisable depending on your requirements with us being able to go into as much detail as you require for your records.
