Commercial IT Disposal

Commercial IT Disposal: we provide a nationwide service within mainland UK.

We are based in Leeds, West Yorkshire and are able to provide our service to the areas highlighted below. We do however collect from all other locations within mainland UK providing you have a reasonable amount of equipment to collect. Please contact us for confirmation if you are unsure. Chances are, we will be able to collect from your location without any problems.

Main areas: Leeds, Harrogate, York, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Bradford, Halifax, Doncaster, Barnsley, Sheffield, Manchester, Scunthorpe, Liverpool, Hull, Warrington, Birmingham, Nottingham, Newcastle etc.

If you would prefer to drop off your equipment for convenience or other reasons, that isn’t a problem. To discuss your commercial IT disposal needs just give us a call to arrange a suitable date and time.

Don’t worry if all the equipment is in a difficult to access location or on the third floor. Just inform us of this prior to the collection and we should be able to send two or three members of staff to get the job done quicker.

Asset Management – Relieve yourself of the stresses of asset management when disposing of IT assets and let us do the work, for FREE. We can provide an asset report of the items collected if required and even better, this can be customised to suit you’re requirements.

All collections are done by uniformed members of staff. They will issue a completed WTN and/or Hazardous Waste Consignment Note on collection (this must be signed by both parties). If there are any data baring devices collected, you will have to provide your email address to enable us to send over your DDC.

NOTE regarding commercial IT disposal: If you produce over 500kg of hazardous waste per annum (equivalent to approx 30 CRT monitors) you must register with the Environment Agency as a Hazardous Waste producer which costs £18. Please see the E.A website for details on registering. Such equipment classed as hazardous waste, must be collected, transported and treated in accordance with Control of substances hazardous to health (COSHH).  If this is applicable to yourself a Hazardous Waste Consignment Note must be filled in on collection.
