The service is CESG approved meaning it meets government destruction guidelines. Alongside Shredding we can collect degauss or data wipe hard drives. We have data destruction methods to suite all your requirements.
If you don’t need your hard drives shredding at your site, you can have them collected by our self maintained fleet of vans and then shredded back at our site. You will then be emailed over a data destruction certificate or you can have your hard drives shredded within a meter of your face so you can see the whole process first hand. Either way is very secure but the offsite service is a tad cheaper due to the fact the vehicle mounted crusher doesn’t have to come to your site.
Any IT Equipment WEEE you have that needs recycling can be collected at the same time. Remember wet equipment requires different handling methods so please let us know.
If you need the hard drives physically taking out of servers, pcs, laptops etc prior to shredding and we will ensure the vehicle has enough time allocated. The operator will also need to bring the required tools to remove them.
