You’ll need to let the customer service agent know what you need collecting and what you need data destroying. If you have any very heavy items such as server cabinets, photocopiers etc – please advise if additional staff are required. Usually there is only 1 staff member at each collection. Each collection isn’t limited by time – when you advise on the phone a rough idea of what needs collecting, we’ll make sure enough time is allocated to ensure the collection can be completed. You don’t have to help the driver load the vehicle. All drivers are trained in manual lifting and general health and safety procedures so they know what to do.
