Each collection isn’t limited by time – when you advise on the phone a rough idea of what needs collecting, we’ll make sure enough time is allocated to ensure the collection can be completed. You don’t have to help the driver load the vehicle. All drivers are trained in manual lifting and general health and safety procedures so they know what to do.
